The development site is approximately 140 hectares of sea facing sugar cane land nestled within a rough triangle created by three major arterial routes, a slice of coastal forest holds the south eastern edge with a NW-SE valley cutting across.

Development Vision
• The Ridgeside hilltop town builds upon the consolidated node of the Umhlanga Ridge Town Centre and fosters the creation of an integrated, people centred, diverse, mixed use, hospitality, entertainment, office and residential node.
• Knitting the surroundings through the creation of a system of places connecting the ridge to the sea, in a unique coastal setting taking advantage of extended, sea and forest views.
